Youth Tickets - NUA

IMPORTANT: This form is only for youth leaders bringing groups who will be camping in the Youth Campsite, separately from the Family Campsite. If you wish to book tickets for a young person who will be camping in the Family Campsite, please use the Main Booking Form. Please note, young people can only attend NUA with a family or a youth group.

Please use this form to enter the details of the Primary Leaders and to purchase tickets for young people, and any additional youth leaders.

Upon completion of this form, you will be sent the Group Information Form where you must submit names of any additional youth leaders, as well as names and parent contact information for your youth group.

Once you have completed the Group Information Form, the Parent Form will be sent to the parents of each young person in your group so we can collect more detailed information about each of them.

Finally, later this year we will send you the Camping Form which will allow you to tell us more about your pitch requirements and hire extra equipment.

Deposit Scheme: At this stage, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required, with the full amount due by 31st May 2026.

YOUTH PROGRAMME

A minimum of two youth leaders are required to lead each youth group. The first two youth leader tickets are free, and automatically included in your booking. Any additional youth leader tickets cost £50.

With two youth leaders you can bring a group of up to 10 young people. For every additional youth leader, you can bring another 10 young people. For example, three youth leaders can be responsible for a group of up to 20 young people.
